During the workshop, participants explored strategies to integrate a developmental approach into youth programs and organizational practices. Emphasis was placed on defining and articulating youth outcomes through this lens, highlighting the significance of fostering environments that support holistic growth.
A key component of the session addressed the impact of brain development on youth outcomes. Attendees gained insights into how understanding neurological development can inform program design and implementation, ensuring that initiatives are tailored to support the evolving needs of young individuals.
This workshop reinforced the Vision and Dreams Project’s commitment to enhancing youth development by adopting evidence-based practices and fostering environments conducive to positive growth.
Our first training for 2025.
On April 11, 2025, the Vision and Dreams Project participated in their second Learn24 workshop, held at the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Library. The session, titled Developmental Youth Outcomes, focused on the importance of providing youth with positive developmental experiences.
